Welcome
I moved to Bath last Summer and after a period of settling myself into this beautiful city I feel its time to share with you where you can find me!
Over the years of working from an array of different clinics, I was drawn to due to a number of reasons which I would love to share with you:-
🌿The ambience as you step through the door offers an invitation to breathe, it feels as if you have walked through a threshold into another realm which is calm, relaxing and spacious. Leaving the speed and chaos of everyday life at the doorstep.
🌿At Reception you are greeted, and welcomed by the team. You can sit within this area, and gather yourself before your session. This is an important service for me, as through my own experience this holding space before and after sessions are so valuable. Especially afterwards when you may feel the need to sit and be before going out into the world.
🌿Plants - there are an array of plants throughout the building and within the treatment rooms. This softens the space and offers depending on the plants other benefits which have been well documented.
🌿Session space - the rooms are large, high ceilings and spacious. At the same time they offer a beautiful space to receive a treatment within. The space is great to have especially if movement is required within the session.
🌿Garden - having an option to receive a session in the garden especially as the weather becomes warm and drier is a wonderful additional option, if you feel the pull to be outside whilst receiving a treatment please let me know.
🌿Multidisciplinary clinic offers collaboration where a variety of practitioners offer different modalities, creating a supportive space that nurtures your overall wellbeing.
🌿Finally, from my own perspective natural daylight and rooms where electrical items are at a minimum all support you and your overall session.
Over the following weeks, I will share more information about how I work, what appears to pull people to book with me along with moving forward where I will be specialising.
Thank you and please a comment if you have any questions welling up
