Our Life In Flow

Owen Morgan and Carla-Jo Geraghty founded Aquae Sulis Wellbeing in November 2018. They realised their combined knowledge, experience and skills could help people move towards their life being in flow. Carjo-Jo is so passionate about mindfulness and wants to share it with as many people as she can. Owen's mission is to help people discover their true fitness and movement potential. We are Aquae Sulis Wellbeing.

Carla-Jo finished her mindfulness teacher training with Breathworks in 2014 and she is a fully accredited Breathworks mindfulness teacher. She is insured to teach mindfulness and meets the requirements of the Good Practice Guidance for teaching mindfulness-based courses published by the UK Network of Mindfulness-Based Teacher Trainers. She has regular supervision and has attends several retreats a year to deepen her understanding of mindfulness practice.

Owen is a fully qualified Sports and Deep Tissue Massage Therapist and Biomechanics coach training with ‘Intelligence Training Systems’ and also trained as a Personal Trainer (training with Lifetime Fitness in Bristol). He is studying EMMETT Technique in 2019 and the service will be available from 2020.

Owen is also the resident massage therapist at the Harnham Physiotherapy Clinic in Salisbury every Wednesday. He runs a mobile service to our home or workplace and also has a room at The Soul Spa in Bath. 2 Hetling Court, BA1 1SH
