We sit for a change! We look at "Triggers" and "Patterns" and how they work, and what to do about them so we can free our lives!
The meditation starts about 10 minutes in, we do some simple warm-up exercises first, and then go to the Healing session.
This can be done Standing, Sitting or Lying Down
