Before Christmas, my mum tore her hamstring.
She’s been working closely with her physio, and now that we’re out of the acute stage, we can start addressing the bigger picture.
That means releasing tight muscles and breaking down scar tissue and adhesions that have built up through the hips, glutes and quads — because it’s never just the hamstring.
The recovery journey is ongoing, and I’ll be bringing you along for the ride.
As you can probably tell from this post, we’re working through the uncomfortable bits… but making sure there are plenty of laughs along the way.
