What can you expect from my yoga class?
You’ll be gently guided through a blend of flowing and held asana (postures), thoughtfully designed to open the body, build strength, increase flexibility, and support healthy energetic flow. I invite you to explore your physical edge at your own pace, while also weaving in elements of yoga philosophy, the subtle energy systems, and the life-enhancing power of conscious breath.
Each class closes with a deeply nourishing relaxation—time to rest, integrate, and simply be.
All abilities are welcome.
