My yoga journey began in

India in 2005 and I

have never looked back. I

want to share my passion

for yoga and believe in

providing an opportunity for

everyone to experience

yoga. My classes draw on

several styles of Yoga

including classical hatha,

astanga and vinyasa yoga. There is no need to sign up

for a course. Yoga classes

are "drop-in" £15 or £50 for a block of five. Please come and enjoy

your first session FREE of

charge.

What can you expect from my yoga class?
You’ll be gently guided through a blend of flowing and held asana (postures), thoughtfully designed to open the body, build strength, increase flexibility, and support healthy energetic flow. I invite you to explore your physical edge at your own pace, while also weaving in elements of yoga philosophy, the subtle energy systems, and the life-enhancing power of conscious breath.
Each class closes with a deeply nourishing relaxation—time to rest, integrate, and simply be.
All abilities are welcome.

What can you expect from my yoga class?
I guide you through a combination of flowing and static asana (postures) designed to open your body, improve strength, flexibility and energetic flow. You'll be encouraged to find your edge physically and also offered teachings on yoga philosophy, energy systems and how a connection with the breath can be a valuable tool in life.
At the end of class you enjoy a well deserved relaxation. All abilities welcome.
After the class we will walk a few minutes to the lake and sauna where you can take a refreshing dip in the lake’s rejuvenating water and rewarming in our wood-fired sauna which boasts a beautiful glass fronted view of the lake. Please bring your own towel.

Benefits of Combining Sauna Sessions with Cold Dips

❄️SPACES THIS WEDNESDAY 26th NOV❄️

There are a number of health benefits to be enjoyed - The combination of the cold water and warm sauna might sound intimidating at first, but this is something we partake in all year round.

What’s not to love about giving yourself a mental well being boost, reducing aches and pains, or boosting your immune system in these colder months!

Alternating between hot and cold temperatures (the "Nordic cycle") is known as contrast therapy. This practice maximizes the individual benefits of each method:

Enhanced Blood Circulation:
The rapid constriction in the cold and dilation in the heat creates a "vascular pump" effect, which improves overall blood flow, delivering oxygen and nutrients more efficiently to tissues.

Faster Recovery: The combination is particularly effective for muscle recovery, with some studies finding it reduces muscle soreness more effectively than heat or cold alone.

Synergistic Mental Health Effects: The combined experience of an adrenaline rush from the cold and the deep relaxation from the heat provides a significant mood boost and helps build mental resilience.

Next Monthly MEDITATION CLASS THURSDAY 9th AUGUST for all 8-9pm (2nd Thursday of every month - suggested donation £8) Please come in from 7.45pm to enjoy the space, gather your blankets and pillows for a full hours meditation to defuse stress, experience greater tranquility and find a sense of wholeness....

Tuesdays 6 - 7pm Parent and tween/teen (8+) Yoga Share a powerful learning and bonding experience in a safe and supportive manner. Sessions are fun and light-hearted.

Tuesdays 7.30 - 9pm Hatha Vinyasa - linking hatha postures through vinyasa flow which simply means linking the breath with movement as we flow through a series of postures. (Suitable for all)

Wednesdays 9.30-10.45 Hatha Vinyasa (Suitable for all)
