Hypnosis is like a really nice, calm daydream.
Some people think it will make them feel sleepy and not know what's going on, but that's not usually true.
Most people can still see and hear everything around them while they are in hypnosis. The most important thing to know is that you are always in charge and can stop it whenever you want. If you want, you can always get up and leave whenever you feel like it.

Hypnosis is kind of like when you’re in that cozy time just before you wake up, when you’re not really asleep but not fully awake either. It’s those nice moments when your eyes are still closed, but you can hear things around you. As your hypnotherapist, I would help you feel calm and comfortable so that you enjoy the experience. Some people might not remember everything that happened during our session, while others remember it all. How much you remember can depend on how deep you go into the relaxed state.
After the session, many people say they feel the same as they did before, but a little more calm and relaxed. Sometimes you can feel the effects right away, and other times it might take a little while. If you're going to hypnotherapy for a specific reason, you might need to go to more sessions.
I like to show you some easy self hypnosis tricks to help you relax and feel better, so you can practice them at home whenever you want or even between sessions.
