January and February dates are now LIVE on the website www.saunaatthekings.co.uk

If you’re buying a voucher for yourself or as a gift this December, you now have plenty of new dates to book onto. We’re open all year round, but new dates are released every 6–8 weeks.

Please note we will be closed from 2nd January to Sunday 11th January for a short break after the festive madness. From then on, our general opening times will be Monday and Fridays, 11–2pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, 11–3pm….with a few tweaks here and there. We’ll also be adding some Full Moon Sauna sessions for February and March, so keep an eye out for those.
Look out for some wonderful new additions to our sauna team coming this January and first up is Emma… you may already have met her during one of her amazing sauna combos events Holistic Soul - Speyside super happy to welcome emma to our wee team.

Happy 1st Birthday to The Sauna at The Kings! 🎉

We can hardly believe it’s been a whole year since we opened our doors at Cullen Beach. One year of sauna smiles, sea dips, and soul-soothing sessions – and we couldn’t have done it without you!

On Monday, 14th July, we’re marking the milestone with a little celebration:

🧖‍♀️ Sauna sessions are running as usual – but with a birthday twist!
🥂 Enjoy a wee glass of non-alcoholic fizz on arrival to toast the occasion
🎁 Everyone booked in will be entered into a draw to WIN a private sauna session for you and your pals to enjoy!

Whether you’ve been with us since day one or you’re stepping into the heat for the first time, we’d love to celebrate this special day with you.

Bringing our wee sauna on Cullen beach to life has been such a joy – and seeing the community grow around it has meant the world. Huge thanks to everyone who’s supported us this year (especially my dad, who’s been doing some maintenance this week – what a star 🌟and my Wonderful Sauna Team).

It makes me so happy to be able to SHOUT about all of the AMAZING businesses in Cullen and our surrounding areas. So many people asking about good food, delicious coffee and hot chocolate, tempting farm shops, tasty fine pieces and cakes, places to stay and walks to explore with your dogs/bikes/family. I could recommend Cullen all day! So lucky to live, work and raise my family here.

Don’t forget to check out the website if it’s your first time, have a look at the FAQ section. Sessions are 60 minutes long but 5 minutes of this is allocated for cleaning the sauna between sessions whilst you’re changing. Your time is spent warming up in the sauna for 5-20 mins, allowing the deep heat to relax your bones, muscles and mind then alternating this with time outside the sauna cooling off. Steaming on the bench or chucking buckets of cold water over yourself or by taking an invigorating dip in the sea before heading back into the sauna. Heat,cool off, heat,cool off, heat, cool off, heat, home.

Are you searching for a rewarding weekend job in a stunning seaside setting? We’re hiring for our seaside sauna at Cullen Beach and we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:
• A friendly and reliable person to work weekend shifts.
• Availability to pick up extra shifts during school holidays.
• Skills in social media management are a bonus.
• First aid training is desirable.
• Someone with a genuine interest in wellbeing and learning about the many physical and mental benefits of a sauna in nature.

Job Details:
• Self-employed position with shifts planned up to 2 months in advance.
• Pay: £15/hour.
• Shifts: Typically 5.5 to 8 hours long.
• Outdoor work in all weathers.
• Requires some physical tasks, such as lifting wood and water containers.
• Includes cleaning duties during set-up, close-down and between sessions.

Hope you are all feeling good after all the Christmas festivities. Our sauna is back on for you and we are ready to welcome to your sauna sessions this week and over new year. We are fully booked til January 6th so check online for booking and get booked in for your sauna sessions at Cullen in January and February.
