Chuffed about this… happened a while ago, and I’m finally getting round to sharing it.

Sauna at the Kings is officially an approved Operator Member of the British Sauna Society. This logo lets you know that you can expect a quality authentic sauna experience with us. The British Sauna Society is a wealth of knowledge and experience, they are setting the standards, guiding and supporting the growth in this area nationally.

Thank you to all of our wonderful guests and my sauna team, who make Sauna at the Kings what it is.

From private sessions to public social sauna experiences, we love seeing new friendships formed and familiar faces returning week after week.

Thank you for continuing to support local sauna culture — we couldn’t do this without you.

My favourite month, MAY. We are kicking off May with some magic full moon slow saunas Friday night, these are fully booked but look out for another at the end of May- as this month we get 2 full moons!

Last Friday we invited some of our lovely sauna lovers down for a photo shoot at Sauna at the Kings.
I had a clear vision — to capture images to refresh our website with real, beautiful moments from our community. The laughter, the stillness, the glow… capturing what it actually feels like to be here. The hot, the cold, the calm in between.
Shelley Foto has completely blown me away. Image after image, just pure magic — mood, light, reflections… you can almost feel the experience through them.

In May we are introducing women-only sauna sessions — a calm, comfortable space to relax, reset and unwind.

Spaces are limited, so booking is essential:

We will be 2 days early for the PINK moon this year, it’s a juggle balancing life. At this point (waxing gibbous), the Moon will be about 95–98% illuminated, so it’ll look almost full. Excited to offer up two 90 min Slow saunas for Tuesday 31st March.

Ease into golden hour with a gentle, social sauna 5.45pm-7.15pm or settle into stillness later as the moon rises 7.30pm - 9pm.

Spaces are limited, so drop us a message to book your spot.Let the heat, sea air and the moon do the rest.

Sauna at The Kings – Something a Little Different

All voices welcome. No experience needed.
Songs taught by ear with an experienced song leader.

We’ll stretch, breathe, sing, sauna, and dip together — starting warm and easy, then turning up the heat for a feel-good hot/cold finish.

January and February dates are now LIVE on the website www.saunaatthekings.co.uk

If you’re buying a voucher for yourself or as a gift this December, you now have plenty of new dates to book onto. We’re open all year round, but new dates are released every 6–8 weeks.

Please note we will be closed from 2nd January to Sunday 11th January for a short break after the festive madness. From then on, our general opening times will be Monday and Fridays, 11–2pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, 11–3pm….with a few tweaks here and there. We’ll also be adding some Full Moon Sauna sessions for February and March, so keep an eye out for those.
Look out for some wonderful new additions to our sauna team coming this January and first up is Emma… you may already have met her during one of her amazing sauna combos events Holistic Soul - Speyside super happy to welcome emma to our wee team.
