A huge well done to all of you that came to my hard-core hiit class today.

You all done so well and should be really proud of yourselves. The focus of today was to build strength and to get our energy levels up and burn some calories.

The feedback has been so positive. 💕

Some of you have been asking if this could be a regular class. I’d love to hear from you all. We could do a monthly meno strength circuit class like we did today.

I love these types of workouts! As you all know we lose a huge amount of hormones due to menopause and it’s important to keep ourselves strong and fit, not only to keep excess weight gain at bay, but also for our mood and our muscles.

Shoulder injuries are really common in women especially, due to last of collagen and elasticity. These circuit based workout are great for improving strength, endurance, and vitality.

Possibly a Friday morning on zoom at 9am?
