Be More Betty and Wyld Fire are coming together for an ultimate wellness experience set at the beautiful Cottages in Menheniot, Cornwall.

Beginning in the afternoon, guests will sink into deep relaxation with yin and restorative yoga, followed by sauna session and an invigorating cold dip.

As the evening unfolds, enjoy an Ayurvedic-inspired feast of Mysore masala dosas and nourishing dahl, cooked outdoors by Wyld Fire and served with homemade, naturally flavoured kombucha.
