I’m Jenna, a former nurse and certified Shinpiden Reiki Master Teacher with a passion for helping YOU reclaim your energy, balance, and peace.

If you’re ending this year feeling exhausted, emotionally drained or like you’ve been in survival mode for far too long, this is for you.

So many women I work with are tired of pushing, tired of holding everything together and craving a quieter, more meaningful way to begin the new year.

This New Years Eve, I’m facilitating the transformational journey at a beautiful retreat created by The Calling Events.

We’ll be releasing what’s ready to stay in 2025, connecting with our future selves, working with ritual, reiki infused meditation and sound healing to reset the nervous system and anchor what’s next.

There’ll also be tarot with Jackie from , a live poem from Lisa Kennedy, delicious catering from Jasmine and a space to feel seen, held, supported and nourished.

This is for women who want to step into 2026 feeling clearer, calmer and more connected to themselves.

Girls, December feels like the month we all finally exhale a bit, doesn’t it?

If you’ve been running on empty, feeling disconnected from yourself or just craving a quiet space where your mind stops buzzing for a wee while, this is your reminder that my final meditation sessions of the year are now open.

The Receive Series is all about softening into the things we’re not great at letting in… love, support, abundance, guidance and that deep inner confidence we forget we even have.

Each session blends Reiki, subconscious work and a guided journey that drops you into a theta state where your whole system finally gets a chance to reset. The feedback has honestly been beautiful… women walking out lighter, calmer and more like themselves again.

Our next Women’s Circle & Party is happening on Wednesday 29th October at the Fraser Centre, Milngavie (7:30–9:30 PM).

This month, we’ll gather to explore protection, empowerment, and the quiet magic that lives within us.
