A5 Menai Suspension Bridge.

✅ Archwiliad wedi ei gwblhau. Pont y Borth / Menai nawr ar agor.
✅ Inspections have been completed. Menai Suspension Bridge is now open.

Due to an overweight vehicle crossing the bridge the road must be closed to carry out an inspection of the bridge. We will reopen the bridge as soon as it is safe to do so.

Apologies for the inconvenience but our priority is your safety. We wish to remind you that only vehicles under 7.5t are allowed to use Menai Bridge.

Meet Maria and Kevin!

Maria is our newest addition to the Seacoast family ❤️ Kevin can usually be found snoozing in her van 💤

👉 As well as running the sauna for us, Maria is also a qualified Breathwork Instructor 🧘‍♀️

Maria says, “Breathwork teaches functional breathing techniques to help breathe more efficiently in everyday life, supporting better energy, calm, sleep, focus and overall wellbeing.

In a session we explore nervous system regulation, breath awareness, and deep relaxation, finishing with a guided meditation. I can also give tips on how to deal with cold water swimming”.

Our view is one of the things we ❤️ the most!

Beaumaris, the Great Orme of Llandudno, Penmaenmawr, the mountains of Eryri National Park, the Menai Strait (this was low water fyi 😘)…all from the comfort of a nice toasty sauna 🔥🪵

So dreamy but it’s not a dream, it’s a real place, it’s our beautiful little sauna ❤️

We all live so close to the sauna it’s less like a commute to work and more like heading out for a walk, especially when the conditions are like this ☀️

At low tide you can walk right along the beach from Beaumaris and be at the sauna in 10 minutes.

We’re also only a 10 minute drive from Menai Bridge so we’re perfectly located if you want to have a sauna as part of a day out.

Menai Bridge and Beaumaris are both full of lovely cafes, restaurants, shops and places to visit ❤️
