Is there anything microneedling with platelet rich fibrin can't do? Probably, but when it comes to skin we truly believe it is a gold standard treatment and certainly a clinic favourite for patients (and even our doctors).

Whether you want to get your skin in A* shape and keep it that way or you have a problem such as acne or scarring this is the treatment for you. This lovely lady was troubled with acne from a young age and came to see Dr Neha. After treatment she reported smoother skin and fewer breakouts with reduction in the appearance of scarring.

This result was achieved amazingly after one treatment. Often at least 3 treatments are needed for optimum results.

The impact that acne and scarring has on peoples self esteem is often under recognised.

After headlines linking the Covid-19 vaccines to dermal filler reactions such as swelling people have been understandably concerned. A look into the reports reveal however that this is a very rare complication with some reporting it to be as low as 1 in 10000 people. Furthermore reactions such as inflammation and temporary swelling can occur and were present even prior to the covid-19 vaccines.

We recommend that you still get your covid-19 vaccine ofcourse. However we recommend that you do not have dermal filler or Profhilo within 2 weeks before and 4 weeks after your vaccine.
