Some may know that the last couple of weeks have been tough for me. I've continued to dance and sweat my prayers through movement and meditation. In dark times I take such solace in my beautiful dance community and the joy I gain through movement and sharing the practice with my Earthdancers. I continue to search for the light ✨️. My treat for getting through the week is a delicious and nutritious Nonsuch drink❤️🩷. ❤️

On International Women’s Day I celebrate all the strong, courageous, compassionate women that I have had the pleasure to work with over the years. Much of my work is spent supporting and empowering women in challenging situations. From working in the Dharavi Slums in Mumbai to supporting minority groups and working with women experiencing trauma and homelessness. Rise up and Shine brightly….for you are the 🤍🕊️ future and the world needs your collective strength and compassion. ❤️

A ferry from Fort Kochi over to Cherai Beach for our next hotel nestled between the backwaters and the Arabian Sea. Watching the sun dropping down as we slow down to pause and just take it all in. A moment to be fully present because when you're here the western world seems a very long way away. 🙏 ❤️

A full day of doing nothing but gently ambling along the Alleppey backwaters. We saw kingfishers, bee eaters, buzzards, storks and the most vibrant magical flowers that take your breath away with the sheer colour and vibrancy. A traditional keralan lunch followed by a palm weaving demonstration. ❤️.

Morning yoga, tuktuk rides, temples , 33 degree heat, turtles, sunsets and plenty of chai and chat. Fort Kochi has its own unique vibe that brings a smile to your heart. A warmth that wraps you up and carries you through the streets. If India is calling then DM me for details of my gathering here in Kerala next year. Sometimes you just need to step away from the grey and follow the light. ☀️

So happy to be back in my spiritual homeland. After a long flight it's 30 degrees here with a gentle sea breeze. Kerala is alive with vibrancy, colour and spirituality for those who come looking for it. The land really does call you back as if its the answer to the question that's been residing deep within. For me it's always a homecoming.
