Monday evenings 7pm till 8pm £12.50 a session or £10 if you pay for the month.

Now I have a new type of emotion regarding Makai not understanding …….YET (will always have faith)

People don’t go and get diagnosed because it’s fun or they want to use the hashtag or even deflect on their own sh*tty behaviour.

People go because they have struggled for far too long.

I’ve always looked at people and wish I felt the peace and regulation they show but I never have felt this.

Hence why my awakening found me with yoga and meditation to help me regulate.

But it doesn’t make it go away because when you step off the Mat your right back living uncomfortably in a world you’re were made to stick out in.

The only way I can describe it …..it’s like wearing a uncomfortable tight shoe.
