5 years ago today I set up Inner Healing. I would have never thought I’d be running my own business, but this was meant for me.

What a blessing it has been to meet so many of you and also to be a Reiki teacher for the past few years.

I honestly love what I do so much, it is not work to me. I am grateful everyday. The feedback I receive is just so heartwarming. I’ve defiantly pushed myself out my comfort zone to follow my dreams and be business women I’ve always dreamed of becoming.

I have some BIG future plans for Inner Healing and that will take shape in the next year, which I am very excited for.

Thank you to every client who has had Reiki Healing with me, booked readings and also put your trust in me to be your Reiki Teacher.

Feeling so blessed and grateful in life right now… I’ve never been happier 🥰

Did you know it’s absolutely possible to learn and practice Reiki Level 1 without pursuing Level 2.
Level 1, often referred to as the First Degree, focuses on self-healing and practicing on others for personal development. Many individuals find it to be a fulfilling experience for their own well-being and choose to remain at this level.

Here’s a more detailed explanation:
Level 1 (First Degree):
This level is designed for self-healing and is the starting point for your Reiki journey. It involves learning the basics of Reiki and receiving an attunement to connect with the universal life force energy. You then go away to do a 21 day self healing process after this you can practice on friends & family.

Level 2 (Second Degree):
This level is typically considered the practitioner’s course, as it equips you with the skills and knowledge to treat others professionally. Plus learning all the REIKI symbols and distant reiki. You will also receive your level 2 attunement here.

There’s no requirement to advance to Level 2 if you’re content with the benefits and applications of Level 1.
