This isn't the first time I have caught a beautiful Mother & Daughter hand holding moment in one of my The Zen Den monthly wellbeing session 🥹

It melts my heart SO much. 🧡

But the hairband perfectly placed as an infinity sign?! ♾️ Magical & gave me goosebumps!

As we step into the ‘ber months, so many of us feel those cosy vibes of home we love - blankets, candles, comfort & slowing down 🍂✨ But with shorter days, darker nights & duller weather - our energy can shift. This change can impact how we feel, both in body & mind.

Just because the sun may not be shining, doesn’t mean we can’t find energy in the light 🌤️. We simply have to notice what lights us up.

We can’t control what others do, say, or choose & sometimes that can feel frustrating or hurtful. But the truth is, the only thing you do have control over is you.

When you let go of trying to manage what’s outside of your control, you free yourself from unnecessary stress. & when you turn that energy inward - truly learning about yourself, putting yourself first, nurturing your own growth - that’s when the real magic happens. 🌿

Ear Aricular

This is the NADA protocol which stands for National Acupuncture Detoxification Association.

It works on 5 points within the ear:
