A little early to say Happy New Year, but I know I’ll forget if I don’t 😂

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has supported my business and me this year - whether you’re a client, a friend or someone who follows along on social media. It truly means more than I can ever put into words 💜 I know I say it all the time, but truly 🥹

I have some really exciting plans sitting on my 2026 vision board and things are already in motion. I’m quietly hopeful that 2026 will be bigger, brighter and better than ever 🥹✨

Tonight I’m actually spending NYE with a client who has become a friend, alongside our other lovely friends and our little families. That alone makes me feel so grateful and lucky 🎉

I genuinely love that what I do never feels like “work” - it’s a true privilege.

My monthly wellbeing sessions finally came to life, starting with meditation. Something I’d dreamed of for so long. Exciting, a little scary & completely worth it.

🌱 Simply surviving & showing up
Another year of navigating chronic pain, health challenges, parenting & running a business. It’s a whirlwind. Tiring, overwhelming at times but I’m proud of myself for showing up each day & finding the little glimmers along the way ✨

My biggest joy are my children. With my mum by our side, always. First holidays abroad, UK staycations & countless moments with family & friends. Memories I’ll treasure forever.

I am so grateful for 2025, the achievements & the lessons. 😆 2026, I am sooo rwady 🙌🏻 The plans are in motion & so much is unfolding. I can’t wait to continue this ride & see where it takes me 👀💫

That’s me all packed up for the year after my last day of work yesterday 🥹💫

I’m signing off for a few days now to soak up some much-needed family time and festive moments 🤍🎄

The treatment room will be closed until 3rd January, although I’ll still be popping in between Christmas and New Year doing a little admin behind the scenes… mainly dreaming up and planning some very exciting things for the year ahead 🥰✨

I just want to say the biggest thank you to every single one of my lovely clients for such a beautiful year of treatments, trust, chats, relaxation and healing. And of course, thank you to everyone who has supported and attended The Zen Den monthly wellbeing sessions — they truly mean the world to me 💜

I am beyond grateful for you all and honestly can’t wait for what 2026 has in store 🌿✨

I’m SO excited to release the 2026 dates for The Zen Den - my calming monthly wellbeing sessions for either a gentle guided Meditation or soothing healinh Sound Baths. These sessions are designed to help you reset, unwind and reconnect with yourself.

Regular wellbeing practices like Meditation and Sound therapy can support:

Sometimes life can feel heavy and thats okay. But be kind to yourself, try some of these things to take the pressure off yourself, take a step back and really slow down the pace. ✨️

It is coming up to a busy time of year, usually loads of socialising which becomes tiring. Whilst we try to see everyone, get the shopping and wrapping done, keep the magic alive for the children and ourselves etc. It can be super overwhelming and end up burning ourselves out. 😪

It is okay to change your plans, it is okay to say no, it is okay to stay at home instead and choose peace 🙏🏻

Do what feels right for you, to take the burden off your own shoulders, to feel lighter and freer. 🧡

Today I picked up this beautiful new Full Moon Sound Bowl, lovingly hand-crafted in Nepal. Each bowl sings its own note, and this one carries a grounding C (for the Root Chakra) with a little touch of F (the Heart Chakra) – perfect for deep grounding, heart-healing and pure relaxation. 🤍

This is just a tiny snippet of how it sounds during a Sound Bath, and it’s something I also love to use in Reiki sessions to shift energy gently and powerfully.

And yes… if you hear my teenager at the start saying “ding dong”, that made me laugh far too much not to mention it. 😂💛
