Incorporating self-care into your daily routine can be simple. Here are some examples:

🧘🏻‍♀️ Start your day with a few minutes of meditation or deep breathing.
🤳🏼 Designate a time each day to disconnect from devices, or set a limit on social media.
🫂 Spend time with family or friends, even if it’s a quick visit or phone call.
🏋🏻‍♀️ Dedicate time for activities or hobbies that you enjoy.
🛌 Establish a calming bed time routine and aim for a consistent sleep schedule.
