Yesterday was the end of the wonderful Bedford Christmas tree festival. This morning we were busy taking down our decorations and found a beautiful card that someone had placed on our tree " in loving memory of their son". Please message me if you put this card on the tree and I will return it to you - its too lovely to dispose of and you may want to put it on your tree. UPDATE - we have spoken to the family who placed the card on the tree and will return it safely to put on their tree for the rest of the festive season

Today our members and their families received a very warm welcomed from Jack & George. It was lovely to see our members and their families. A huge thank you to the catering, our singers and of course Jack and George's owners.

Today we had the pleasure of decoration our Bedfordshire MND groups Christmas tree at St Paul's church in Bedford for the tree festival - the theme this year is future, past and present. If you have a chance to visit the festival its on from tomorrow ( Wednesday until Sunday). As very special thank you to Margaret Moisey, Faye and Sonia for helping to make the tree look so wonderful

What a lovely afternoon with our members - trip to Herring Green Farm

This year we have been fortunate to have a Bedfordshire MND group Christmas tree at the St Paul's Christmas tree festival in December.
The theme is future, past and present, and what better way to decorate our tree than with photos of our loved ones, i for one will be placing on the tree a photo of my dad who passed away in 2016 from MND.

If you would like to add a photo of yourself or of a loved one that has passed away please DM me for further information.

The photo will need to be received by 20th November and need to be 4cm x 4cm max. Please note that we will not be able to return the photos afterwards.

Jenny's Ride day 11. Today the team started in Pitlochry climbing over 1,400 feet to the top of Dromochter Pass and through to finishing in Aviemore.

Jenny's Ride - Day 10 update
Today the team travelled through the beautiful countryside from South Queensferry safely arriving in Pitlochry this afternoon. Just 4 days to go of this fantastic challenge and experience - with so many wonderful generous people we have met along the way.

Jenny's Ride - Day 8 and we have arrived in Scotland! Starting off in Penrith this morning travelling through Gretna Green on the way to Moffat. We have met such wonderful generous people along the way who have kindly donated.
