First time at Sunset Sanctuary and it was so lovely!

A warm, clean and crystal-filled space with open views straight onto green fields and wit a perfect view to the sunset 🌅

We could feel the vibrations through the floor and that made sound healing feel more potent. The sound bath was clearing, grounding and deeply relaxing.

So grateful for the beautiful group that came. People who keep showing up and wanting to go deeper. 🌀

The next sound bath is on Thursday 21st of May. Spaces limited, there are 5 spaces left so early booking is necessary.
But if the weather is good then we might do the sound bath outside ✨

The past few weeks have been quieter than usual.
Not much to show, no big announcements.
Just me doing work on myself that nobody really sees…

I’ve been sitting with things I carried for a long time. A feeling I have to have it all together before I can fully show up. That I somehow I should be further along and be more certain about myself.

BUT this is not how it works and I am learning it.

The real shifts come in the in-between moments. A new thought you catch yourself having. A reaction that feels different than before. A belief that loosened its grip.

Nothing to celebrate yet. But something is changing and things are taking shape. Not slowly but as they should in their own time. And that is all that counts!

If you are in slow phase now rest assured this is progress. Acknowledging it is progress on its own. Being kind to yourself and your abilities, is progress. You don’t have to have it all together to show up and be you.

Happy Easter! 🐣🌼

Spring is here and something feels alive again.
The longer days, the blossoms, nature is celebrating and so should we.

This time of year has always been about renewal. Letting go of what the winter carried and stepping into something fresher and lighter. An invite to release old identities, patterns, stories until the new you emerges.

April is full and it’s going to be a good one✨

After wintering in the Birch Room, we’re finally heading back to the yurt! On the 19th of April we return to the Yurt at The Clophill Centre
Grounded, cosy and surrounded by nature. The perfect space for deep work.

On Thursday 23rd something new — a first at the Sunset Sanctuary in Wilden.
A stunning setting and the timing couldn’t be better to enjoy the sunset. Magic.

Sunday 26th brings us to the The Place Theatre in Bedford.
A warm, welcoming space with great energy. Always a joy to work there.

And to close out the month, on Thursday 30th we meet via Zoom. This one is special.
First time I’m combining Akashic Records and guided meditation, with the theme of Archetypes.
Before the session, each participant will receive a brief personal reading — one archetype that supports you, one that’s calling for integration. During the meditation we’ll work to bring connection and coherence between both.

A month of new spaces, new experiments and some really meaningful work. Come join us🌿

✨Spring Equinox Sound Bath at The Place Theatre✨

Last night’s sessions were magical. We gathered to honor the arrival of spring with deeply grounding sound baths. There was something truly special about the collective energy in the room as we welcomed the season of renewal together 🌱🎶

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate, unwind and awaken the Spring inside them. Your presence made the session so great!
