Postcards from another world. 🗺
These were taken at Glacier Kitzsteinhorn in Austria a few years back where I worked for a month with the Chinese Snowboarding Team, what a trip that was.
If you're lucky enough to have something ⛷️🏂 booked this season and haven't quite kept up with the training you'd hoped to do before you go - don't worry! There is still time to get in some training sessions to maximise your time in the snow. Building strength, increasing mobility and improving stamina before you head away on your skiing or snowboarding holiday will not only improve your fitness, but also help you make the most of your time away, helping you smash run after run. If you can't fit in a whole block of sessions, don't panic, even a few will really help you make the most of your holiday.
