THE EMOTION CODE
As we go through life we experience many different kinds of emotion, both positive and negative. In a healthy situation, you experience an emotion, process it and let it go, mostly without thinking too much about it. Sometimes though, if it’s a particularly strong emotion - grief, anger, resentment and heartache (to name a few), or if you are particularly tired or unwell, these emotions can become lodged in the body as a vibrational frequency causing imbalances of a physical, emotional and mental nature.
