Queens Rugby Ladies lead physiotherapist role 2023-24 season.
Queens rugby ladies squad are seeking a suitable candidate for their lead physiotherapist position for the 2023-24 season.
Commitment:
Injury clinic cover:
Wednesday PM 1.5-2 hours clinic.
Based at the Queens Dub pavilion, upper Malone Road, Belfast.
Fee: £90

Game cover: Sundays
Home: £80
Away: £100
All game day equipment (tape etc.) will be provided.

Carryduff GAC are looking for a team physiotherapist for this coming season.
Training is currently on Wednesday evening at Carryduff GAC and Sunday morning.
Training and game fees are competitive and negotiable.
Team physio will have clinical support from Kingsbridge physio clinic around CPD, clinical opinions, referral for imaging, use of our bespoke strength testing equipment (Nordbord, Forcedecks) and performance rehab gym.
Training and game rota may/will change when league games start - that schedule will be confirmed at that time.

Exciting times with the arrival of our Forcedecks and Nordbord at Kingsbridge Physiotherapy and Sports injury clinic. We will be offering biomechanical and physical competency assessment to include:
- Nordbord hamstring assessment
- Forceplate assessment of plyometric ability and force production of hop tests including counter movement jump, drop jump and single leg knee isometric push.
- Isokinetic assessment using Cybex machine. Especially useful in post-operative knee rehabilitation, also utilised post shoulder injury.
- Dartfish biomechanical software to assess running gait, movement strategies during assessment tasks.
- Hand held dynamometer - Actiforce2 - assessment of isometric force production and asymmetry of multiple joints.
Individual and teams will receive a testing report and feedback on deficiencies that relate to their clinical presentation.

Hugely enjoyable week spent rehabilitating elite Irish Professional Boxer Michael Conlan. Blown away by his professional attitude in rehab, attention to detail and determination to achieve his rehab goals. He is also a top bloke to go with that! Looking forward to seeing him back in the ring soon doing what he does best 💪💪

Queens GAA Sigerson Cup squad and GAA Academy are seeking a lead physiotherapist for this coming season. Training will start in October 2020 and finish in March 2021. The physiotherapist will need to be available to cover midweek clinics and games as required. Dates can be discussed. All treatment clinics will be based at Queens sport pavillion on the upper Malone Road in Belfast. They will also be required to treat Queens GAA academy players where required.
Clinic fee to be discussed.
Home game fee: £80
Away game: £100
