❤️A HART AND SOUL WALK TO CELEBRATE THE SUMMER SOLSTICE

A LATE AFTERNOON/EVENING WALK OVER SLIEVE COMMEDAGH IN THE MOURNES TO INCLUDE A SUMMER INSPIRED MEAL ON THE SUMMIT

20TH JUNE 2023 AT 4PM

SLIEVE COMMEDAGH IS THE SECOND HIGHEST MOUNTIAN IN NI AND IS OFTEN OVERLOOKED BY WALKERS. A CIRCUIT OF COMMEDAGH IS SO WORTH IT BOTH FOR THE VIEWS FROM THE SUMMIT OVER THE HIGH MOURNES BUT ESPECIALLY FOR THE AIRY WALK OFF THE FRONT OF THE MOUNTAIN WITH VIEWS OF NEWCASTLE AND DUNDRUM BAY

I can't recommend the Spanish Camino highly enough. We walked through beautiful forests of pine trees and gorgeous eucalyptus and meandered along quiet lanes through tiny hamlets and lazy villages. And we met fellow pilgrims sharing our journey, bonded in some invisible way....wishing Buen Camino to them all. A unique experience!

We are very excited to say that we hope to run a Spanish Camino trip in 2022 which will take in some coastal walking, so have organised a couple of North Coast Camino days to get you in the mood and find out what a typical Camino day might feel like.

We were on a boat yesterday looking up at the cliffs this walk will take up along when a pod of dolphins entertained us. Magical!
