Here's a little reminder tonslow down, no need to rush!
Think of slowing your pace down as you would drive at steady speed....any faster...accidents can happen.
Your body is a vehicle and operating in a slower, calmer pace will allow it to function better.
Rushing ignites the sympathetic nervous system which puts us into fight or flight mode and when we are in that heighten state over long periods of time we become out of balanced, our energy flow is disrupted and we can become sick.
Slow the pace will allow your nervous system to be in the mode it should be, the parasympathetic nervous system allows us to rest and function a lot better...as we were designed to do!
