Last year I had the honour of making and donating, for the 60th anniversary, this beautiful hand made flag for Felons Belfast. It embraces the original elements of Cumann na Meirlach and if your in felons have a close look - the hound is appliquéd with pieces of the original blanket from the H-blocks. Update on the wall hanging I made a while ago. Firstly, thanks to St Comgalls staff who helped us acquire a whopping £3000 for Palestinian Medical Care. Thanks to Fadi Ghandour who purchased it and donated it to Sahar Francis who works in Palestine with Political prisoners and human rites, she has hung it proudly on their office wall… thank you, followers, for your support as well. This was originally balloted and helped raise over £10,000 with the winner handing it back - allowing us to raise this further £3,000 ( all fees were also paid by purchaser) so 100% of funds went straight to medical aid.
