I have been very guilty of this addiction in the past ๐Ÿ˜… can you relate?

The realisation that lasting happiness does not come from anything external and that it is a state that we can consciously create within is actually very freeing and hopeful. We are much more powerful than we realise โœจ.

This information can change your life ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿง โœจ

- Whatever we focus on we get more of.
- Wherever our attention goes, energy flows!
- Confirmation bias is real.
- Your thoughts are powerful. We are constantly creating our reality through our thoughts so it is important that we choose them with intention in order to set ourselves up for success.

And if you needed a good reason to give gratitude a go studies have found that, in just four days, transforming your fear to "gratitude, appreciation and kindness for just ten minutes a day, three times a day, can strengthen your immune system by fifty per cent." How awesome is that?! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿงก

This handy acronym reminds us to stop (HALT) and ask ourselves if we are feeling Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired. It seems simple enough, but we are susceptible to self-destructive behaviors when these basic needs are unmet. Fortunately, hunger, anger, loneliness, and tiredness are easy to address and serve as a warning system before things reach a breaking point.

HALT is often used in addiction recovery to serve as a reminder to pause and evaluate what you are feeling that could be triggering a craving or urge to use substances.

Understanding your thoughts and emotions will help you to counteract an urge when it arises ๐Ÿ’•

Hypnotherapy is incredibly effective for easing anxiety. That is why I am obsessed with it! Reasons why it works -

1. Deep Relaxation: Hypnotherapy induces a state of deep relaxation, helping to alleviate the physical and mental tension associated with anxiety.

2. Uncovering Root Causes: Through hypnosis, we can explore subconscious thoughts and emotions, potentially revealing underlying causes of anxiety for targeted resolution.

3. Cognitive Restructuring: Hypnotherapy enables us to reframe negative thought patterns, promoting a more positive mindset and reducing anxiety triggers.

4. Behavioral Change: By accessing the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy can facilitate behavioral changes, fostering healthier responses to stressors and triggering situations.

5. Empowerment: Solution Focused Hypnotherapy empowers you with the mental tools for self-help, allowing you to better manage anxiety and regain a sense of control over your overall wellbeing.

Many well known celebrities have used hypnosis for confidence and self-esteem, success visualisation, smoking cessation, weight loss, fears and phobias and much more.

Here are a few of my faves ๐Ÿ’•

โ€ข Julia Roberts has spoken out about using hypnotherapy to heal a stutter she suffered from when she was younger - she now speaks fluidly as an Academy Award-winning actress.

โ€ข Reese Witherspoon used hypnotherapy to deal with panic attacks before filming her amazing movie Wild.

โ€ข Black Eyed Peas Fergie gets regular hypnosis for addiction and overeating.

โ€ข Adele has used hypnotherapy for stage fright and weight loss.

โ€ข Princess Diana used hypnotherapy for public speaking and confidence.

Many other celebrities, entrepeneurs and CEOs have used hypnosis to reach their goals. Some notables include Tony Robbins, Ashton Kutcher, Sylvester Stallone, Tiger Woods, Kevin Costner, David Beckham, Jackie Kennedy and Abbey Clancy.

I love this advice ๐Ÿ‘†. It got me thinking about how keeping these kinds of commitments and promises to yourself each day builds confidence by reinforcing a sense of trust and reliability within.

When you consistently follow through on commitments, whether big or small, it establishes a positive feedback loop, boosting your self-esteem and belief in your own capabilities. These 3 wins a day are a great place to start ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

"In the intricate tapestry of existence, the threads of your thoughts weave the fabric of your reality. Each thought, a tiny but potent brushstroke on the canvas of your perception, contributes to the masterpiece that unfolds before you. It's not merely a philosophical notion; it's a profound truth that the patterns in your mind shape the landscape of your experiences. Positive thoughts cultivate a garden of possibilities, while negativity casts shadows on the canvas. Your mental palette holds the power to paint vibrant sunrises or gloomy storms. Embrace the artistry of your thoughts, for in their creation lies the key to manifesting the reality you desire."

The fear of judgment often roots itself in our innate desire for social acceptance and belonging. Evolutionarily, being part of a social group has been crucial for survival, and acceptance within that group translated to increased chances of protection, resources, and reproduction.

This deep-seated instinct to seek approval and avoid rejection still influences our behavior today. The fear of judgment triggers our brain's threat response, similar to facing physical danger. This heightened emotional response is a product of the brain's attempt to safeguard our social standing, as being ostracized historically meant a limited chance of survival.

Additionally, societal norms and cultural expectations contribute to the fear of judgment. We fear deviating from accepted standards because it challenges our sense of identity and risks exclusion from the community.

In a world increasingly connected through social media, the fear of judgment amplifies as we expose our lives to a broader audience. The pressure to conform to societal ideals, coupled with the fear of criticism, intensifies the desire for validation.

Ultimately, the fear of judgment is a complex interplay of evolutionary instincts, societal norms, and the quest for validation, influencing our behavior and decisions in various aspects of life. Recognizing and understanding these factors is a crucial step towards breaking free from the shackles of judgment and embracing authenticity โœจ๏ธ๐Ÿค
