A term we hear on a daily basis
A term we speak to our clients about
A term you’ll heard 100 times a day on TikTok

But it by no means looses its value in statement!

Too many people come to coaches/PTs which small time frames and big targets

And that falls down to naivety and inexperience and understanding

When it comes to changes it’s shows like this #
⚠️1st others see the changes on you
⚠️2nd your clothes tell you
⚠️3rd your measurements tell you
⚠️4th acceptance YOU see it

There is apx 4 months between these photos
I’ve never panicked worried or compared myself to others!
