Reflexology involves applying gentle pressure to the feet or occasionally the hands. It works on energy pathways similar to acupuncture. It aims to relax you, ease stress and tension and help with general well being.

A gentle method of healing through placing the hands on or just above the body, focusing on the Chakra energy system, balancing and harmonising both the mind and body. It is particularly effective for managing stress, both physical and psychological.

YOGA & MINDFULNESS

I have been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 20 years and can testify to the many mental and physical benefits Yoga has to offer.
Mindfulness is about being aware in the present moment, through mindful meditations and movement.
Practicing Yoga and Mindfulness can benefit mental & physical health and wellbeing and help to reduce stress.
