RESULTS 🌿 AFTER 3 LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGES 🌿
I often get asked: “How many sessions do I need to see real results?”
While many clients notice a difference after just one massage, I always recommend a minimum of 3 sessions within one week for visible, lasting results. If your schedule allows, 10 massages across 3 weeks will give you even deeper benefits and a more sculpted look.
But it’s important to remember that every body is different. 🌿
Lymphatic drainage massage isn’t just about reducing bloating (although that’s a lovely bonus!) it works internally, supporting your immune system, helping to balance hormones, and detoxifying the body by flushing out built-up toxins and stimulating your lymphatic system.
During a manual lymphatic drainage session, I use gentle, rhythmic movements to encourage the natural flow of lymph — a clear fluid that carries waste, toxins, and excess water out of your body. This technique helps reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and leaves you feeling lighter, calmer, and more energised.
To get the best results, I always recommend:
💧 Drinking at least 2 litres of water daily
🚶♀️ Getting in 10,000 steps a day
🥗 Eating a balanced, anti-inflammatory diet full of fibre, healthy fats, and protein
🧘♀️ Moving your body regularly — even gentle movement like stretching or walking makes a difference
