Quotes to live by…

These are a collection of quotes that resonate and we discuss regularly at Andys Man Club

Take out of them what you will, follow them completely, take a little part that suits, or ignore them, it’s up to you 🤷‍♂️

Just remember that the real definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting things to change 🙏❤️

If you’ve been thinking of coming along to Andy’s Man Club then go to andysmanclub.co.uk to find your nearest club or join a session online by emailing info@andysmanclub.co.uk and we’ll send a link.

Happy Friday everyone! ☀️
The end of the week is here and it’s a great reminder to take a moment, breathe, and appreciate how far you’ve come this week. No matter what challenges you’ve faced, you’re still here, still pushing forward, and that’s something to be proud of. 💪
As we head into the weekend, remember that you’re never on your own. This club is built on support, friendship, and looking out for each other. If you’re having a tough time, feeling overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, please don’t sit with it alone — message the page. There’s always someone here who cares and is ready to listen. 🤝
Let’s finish the week strong, look after ourselves and each other, and make the most of the weekend ahead.
Stay positive, stay strong, and remember — better days are always ahead. 🙌

Good afternoon everyone could I ask use all to give the page a share if you haven't already im trying to get a good following for whenever I hear back from everyone I have emailed regarding the club.

I want to help as many people as possible and by sharing the group it means that we might reach the people who might not know they need the support and help from this club and also help the men out there that wont open up to there loved ones because they think they will look weak and thats not the case talking about your struggles and regrets or anything that is troubling you shows that you are even stronger than you think.

We are here for any man looking a group of men in the same situation who can help build bonds and share our struggles together and deal with them as a solid support unit

🌙 Good Evening Everyone 🌙
As the day winds down, just a reminder of how powerful this group really is. Every conversation, every ride, every check-in, every bit of support — it all matters.
If today was a good day, be grateful for it.
If today was a tough one, be proud you got through it. 💪
Remember, no one in this club stands alone. If you’re struggling tonight, feeling overwhelmed, or just need a chat — message the page. There is always someone here ready to listen and support you.
We keep showing up.
We keep fighting.
We keep supporting each other.
Rest up, recharge, and we go again tomorrow 👊

🌅 Good Morning Everyone 🌅

A new day is a new opportunity. No matter what yesterday looked like, today is another chance to reset, refocus and keep moving forward.

Staying positive doesn’t mean ignoring the tough days — it means choosing to keep fighting even when things feel heavy. Mental health battles aren’t always visible, but that doesn’t make them any less real. Strength isn’t about never struggling… it’s about refusing to give up.

If you’re finding things hard right now, please remember — you are not alone. Reach out. Message the club. Assistance is always available and there is always someone ready to listen without judgement.

Let’s keep showing up for ourselves and for each other.
Keep pushing. Keep believing. Keep in the fight. 💙

Have a strong, positive day everyone.

🚴‍♂️ Building Something Bigger Than Bikes 🚴‍♂️

I want to share a bit more about what I’m trying to do with the club and why I’m reaching out for support.

Our goal is simple — to remove barriers for men who want to join the group but simply can’t afford a bike. Let's face it bikes are not cheap anymore like everything else prices have gone up and I don't want that to he a barrier for men that are struggling.

We’re working towards gaining support from local MLAs and councils to help us access unwanted or discarded bikes from recycling centres. Instead of those bikes going to waste, we want to restore them, repair them, and put them back on the road where they belong.

At the same time, we’re reaching out to local bike shops and mechanics to see if they would consider supporting us with donated parts, unused components, or even workshop guidance. Many bikes just need a bit of TLC — and with the right support, we can make that happen.

This isn’t just about cycling.
It’s about:
• Giving men purpose
• Creating connection
• Supporting mental health
• Making sure nobody is left behind because of money

If you’re an MLA, part of a local council, run a bike shop, or simply want to help in any way — I’d love to hear from you.

Together we can turn unwanted bikes into opportunities, and isolation into community.

Please share this post and help us make it happen. 💙

A powerful reminder from Corey Taylor of slipknot that even in the darkest moments, there is always light ahead.

A quote that has stuck with me threw all my struggles the past few years and I hope sharing it will help at least one person

🚲 Do You Have an Unused Bike Sitting Gathering Dust?
Craig’s Men’s Mental Health Cycling Club is looking for donated bikes that need a little TLC ❤️
We restore bikes that would otherwise be thrown away and give them a new life — helping men who may not be able to afford a bike get involved in our club, get outdoors, and improve their mental health.
If you have: • An old bike in the shed
• A bike needing repairs
• A bike your kids have outgrown
• Something you were thinking of taking to the dump
Please consider donating it instead 🙌
Every bike helps us: ✅ Support men struggling with mental health
✅ Reduce waste and recycle bikes
✅ Build confidence and community
✅ Get more men active and connected
We can arrange collection where possible.
If you’d like to donate, drop us a message or comment below 👇
Let’s turn unused bikes into fresh starts 💙
