I’d taken a break from social media … but thanks to my lovely patients I have still been working away in the background. I’m forever grateful for your referrals - there are so many new faces and I’m so happy to see everyone 😊

Summer clinics are now all on the system - if you can’t find a date to suit then please get in touch as we can often find something to work.

I hope to make a return on here with some content, but still plan to prioritise balance and home life!

Spend what you like on the skincare you like - but don’t pay ££££ and then try and make it last by using tiny amounts.

Completed a 10 week 5k improvement plan on this morning goal was 29m30-30m30. Managed to do it in less 😊

During this plan I’ve learned
- improving 5k time does not mean running hell for leather 5k a few times a week and hating it
- I can run further and longer than I thought I could
- It’s important to run slowly - even if it feels weird
- People will overtake you
- It’s still a ‘run’ when it’s intervals that include walking
- The suggested pace is not there to be ‘beaten’
- It’s amazing time to yourself - have listened to some great podcasts and been alone with my thoughts too
- You can still run when it’s raining. You won’t melt.
- A running baseball cap is great for both rain and sun - both of which featured today.
- Endorphins are amazing. Highly recommend.
- Noticing nature is also amazing
- Time outdoors is so important
- I can now run up and down the 2 flights of stairs to clinic much easier!

Whatever it is. You can do it if you want.

Made myself a cake to celebrate 6 years as a Mum!

Next year I’m going to set boundaries about what type of cake I can ask for.

Thank you to my darling daughter for making me a mum, and for giving me an excuse to give things a go. Love you to the moon and back!

I’m actually so interested to know what you think?!

Personally I think anyone can take a good photo, but what’s the use if your fillers look puffy and unnatural when actually doing life?

I love fillers. But I use them conservatively and appropriately, appreciating their indications and limitations.

If you’re keen to understand how you can have filler treatment without it being obvious and looking ’done’ -book a consultation!

There is no need to worry that lip filler will look obvious, weird, or unnatural when you ask me to do a lip filler procedure!

Thanks to patients who have allowed me to share their before and afters in the past, this lady felt confident that I would listen to what she wanted, what bothered her, and importantly what she definitely didn’t want. 🦆

We’re both delighted with the result which has preserved her natural shape, and just made them look that touch younger, bigger and more hydrated 😍. Slight bruising will settle in a few days.

If your lips bother you, please rest assured you have options that won’t leave you looking silly.
