No one loves you like yourself...
Self love, yes that's the topic, loving yourself...
It is not selfish it is kind and loving to love yourself, here's why.
The Source of Creation, created you to be just who and what you are...it is not a mistake..
You are a being of great Universal value.
You are here as time has prescribed, and your life has matter and meaning.
In essence, you have "Universal value" Made from all the greatness of the Universe itself.
You share your body, mind and heart with all the greatness of the Universe, as we are all connected to that pool of Universal consciousness...
You matter, your thoughts matter and your Love matters....
Love is the ONLY Universal emotion, the ever growing pattern of the Universe, everything in the Earth and above is filled and built with Love..
So you and your body, were built to be loved...and are Loved Unconditionally by so many.
Love is what you are, a shining resonance of Love..so if you are made from love to be loved, then one should Love themselves first....
I know it sounds selfish to say "Love yourself first", But it's true, only when one possesses the true radiance of encompassing Love, then they can truly love others...
That radiance of Love will flood One's life, bringing more Love, new love and new experiences to grow in that love.
Love changes hearts and minds, and Loves ever evolving power conquers all fears and brings peace to hearts.
Loving yourself first is easy, Just by being thankful...by appreciating your body and your abilities. By eating healthy and taking care of yourself, by filling all your needs.
A healthy body is a healthy receptor to all that is being sent to you and for you...and a good receptor allows the feel of Love, to flow deep within and to overflow to share with others...
Love is your true radiance, your true being and one's true self, it's the only Soul Emotion, so strong it follows one into Death and beyond...
It is a part of you, a part of Creation, and a part of the Universe...all within your body, mind and heart...
So it' only natural one would love themselves first, then Love others...filling their lives with the unexpected bits of new Love, greater love...
Growing love and evolving Love...
I love you and your being, no matter your faults, or the doubts in your heart and mind...
I love you no less than others and no more than myself...
Today I give you more love, love to overflow and share with others...
But first you must love yourself.
