Happy New Year beautiful people. I think we all want the things in the picture but really they are outcomes, not resolutions. If we want more happiness, positivity, sleep.... less stress and drama etc we need to change aspects of our lives so that these things become the outcome.
For example, I want more sleep... So I need to think about how I can make that happen. My resolutions therefore might be to plan an evening routine that accommodates me getting to bed earlier. This might involve a schedule to finish tasks earlier, turn off the TV at a certain time and do calming activities such as reading or meditation. The outcome should be more sleep.
I want to be happier... Don't we all? How can I change my life to make this an outcome? Well there are so many ways. One thing that's important is having fun activities planned to balance out the stress of life. One of those activities for me will be getting more massages which helps reduce stress too.
