SELF CARE
Look after your body and it’ll look after you!!
Exercise is great for general longevity but along with exercise there has to be intervention.
What I mean by intervention is
•Good Sleep
•Good nutrition
•Good hydration
•Regular Soft Tissue work
Getting a good combination of all of these will set you up for a long healthy life.
So get yourself booked in for soft tissue work whether it be for injury or for general muscle work.
