Expressions of interest are now being sought for the long term, sustainable use of the ground floor of our 2 Royal Avenue venue in Belfast city centre.

Extending to c.14,250 ft², this beautiful building benefits from some of the highest passing footfall in Belfast and is Grade B+ listed.

Since November 2021, it has been supported as a dynamic and popular community and cultural space on a meanwhile basis.

We're now looking to ensure its future financial sustainability. while still preserving the venue's accessibility and vibrant, inclusive spirit, alongside the development of a dedicated LGBTQIA+ Hub on the first floor of the building.
