Taught a lovely breath focussed class for my colleagues at work today as part of stress awareness month.
This year’s theme created a wonderful link to the practice of Ahimsa in yoga.
We worked on using our breath to drop into the parasympathetic nervous system and combining this with gentle movements to release tension and bring ease into our bodies.
It was a pleasure and so much fun to work with my colleagues in a totally different setting and I hope everyone noticed some benefit from starting the workday a little differently today.
