Every orthotic we make starts with you. No templates, no shortcuts, just a design built from the ground up around your movement, lifestyle, and goals.

Using advanced CADCAM technology, our 3D printer produces your orthotics exactly as we design them, down to the smallest detail. Each one is completely unique, just like your feet.

Today we took a well-deserved break from the clinic and tackled the Jack the Ripper escape room. It was challenging (to put it mildly), and while not all of our detective work was textbook the experience was brilliant!

Clinics have been flat out recently, so stepping away, changing the setting, and just spending time together outside of the usual environment was much needed!

Our Story

Head to Toe Practice has been based on the Lisburn Rd since 2011 and recently opened our second clinic in Carryduff. It is our aim to provide the most advanced treatments, using the latest technologies to assist, diagnose and manage all lower limb conditions. We are specialists in custom orthotics and use the latest 3D scanning technology to provide the highest quality orthotics possible. In 2018 we have acquired an EMS Swiss DolorClast Shockwave machine. This is a game change for us and for the whole of Northern Ireland in the treatment of all chronic pain conditions, with an 80% success rate in over 200+ RCT trails.
