Today marks a bittersweet moment as it is Conleth’s last day here at ! 🦶👋
It has been such a pleasure having him as part of our team these past few years. He joined us fresh out of uni, and we have been so proud to watch him develop into a top-class clinician and, more importantly, a great friend.
He has taken an exciting opportunity in Australia 🇦🇺 and while we wish him all the very best, we are certainly going to miss his easy-going outlook and the daily craic!

Yesterday we were delighted to welcome the NHS Northern Trust MSK podiatry team to our Ormeau Road clinic for an intensive day on lower limb biomechanics and orthotic therapy – focused on practical assessment hacks and treatment strategies that really move the needle for patient outcomes.

Our speakers covered a serious amount of ground:
• , Clinic Director – shared our biomechanics framework, lower limb injury assessment hacks, and the real-world management strategies we use in clinic every day.
• , MSK Lead (Ormeau) – talked through his journey with CASE accreditation, plus how he uses ultrasound and injection techniques to move the needle in complex MSK cases.
• , Trainee Podiatric Surgeon – delivered a fantastic session on the surgical management of subtalar joint osteoarthritis, bridging the gap between conservative care and surgical options.

We also want to wish Conn all the best as he takes up a new role with – exciting move and very well deserved.

A great day with an engaged, enthusiastic group of pods who weren’t afraid to ask questions and challenge ideas.

Today we took a well-deserved break from the clinic and tackled the Jack the Ripper escape room. It was challenging (to put it mildly), and while not all of our detective work was textbook the experience was brilliant!

Clinics have been flat out recently, so stepping away, changing the setting, and just spending time together outside of the usual environment was much needed!

Our Story

Head to Toe Practice has been based on the Lisburn Rd since 2011 and recently opened our second clinic in Carryduff. It is our aim to provide the most advanced treatments, using the latest technologies to assist, diagnose and manage all lower limb conditions. We are specialists in custom orthotics and use the latest 3D scanning technology to provide the highest quality orthotics possible. In 2018 we have acquired an EMS Swiss DolorClast Shockwave machine. This is a game change for us and for the whole of Northern Ireland in the treatment of all chronic pain conditions, with an 80% success rate in over 200+ RCT trails.
