You ever watched a major sporting event and noticed the deep breaths they take? It’s not coached into them, it’s because on a subconscious level we know it calms us down.

Think back to the job interviews you’ve done
The time you were about to ask someone out
When u were young and going to do a stunt on your bike or jump into water
When you were about to do a talent show

So if it works before major events, why do we not take a deep breath in the every day? When things feel too much, when we feel angry or anxious, when we’re feeling a bit overwhelmed…

Just take a deep breath, it’ll be ok

What if we made the most of every single day doing things that are good for us, and stopped constantly looking ahead to a Friday?

Friday - A few drinks or out on a night out

Saturday - in Bed most of the morning then back on it, or you’ve not even slept. Or you’ve saved yourself for Saturday so you’re buzzing and on a night out

Sunday - sleeping most of the day and suddenly you’re consumed with anxiety

Monday - anxious all day and really want to go back to bed

Tuesday - starting to feel “normal” again so you hit the gym

Wednesday - You make it through the day and start to fully recover

Thursday - buzzing because it’s nearly the weekend

Friday - the pattern begins again.

What if we made the most of every single day and stopped constantly looking ahead to a Friday?
