Celebrating the most amazing year with the most incredible women. The vibes were immaculate, the atmosphere was everything… truly a pinch me moment 🥹✨

Huge thank you to for incredible venue and bar staff who were incredible and of course the star of the show for the best music. What a voice gal.

The last few years have been a lot… and building BodyRox Fitness has been a hard but rewarding year.… and this feels like a reminder that it’s all been worth it 💫

And every single one filled with incredible people showing up, putting in the work, and bringing the energy every single day.

This isn’t just a milestone… it’s a MOMENT.

To everyone who’s been part of this journey, whether you’ve been here from day one or just joined us… THANK YOU. You’ve turned this dream into something bigger than I ever imagined.

I’ll always continue to monitor class numbers, and while some sessions may not always be full day to day (life happens!), my priority will always be protecting our current members, making sure you have the flexibility to move sessions and train around your schedule.

Started with us last June, nervous, lacking confidence and unsure of herself.

Consistent, committed, balancing mum life, work, and still showing up every week.

Stronger, fitter, and GLOWING with confidence, she’s never slow to tell me and .04 her very HONEST opinion on our workouts either 🤣🤣🤣

Everyone in our community adores her and classes just wouldn’t be the same without her. It’s never dull when she’s around and we wouldn’t change it for the world.
