Unfortunately due to a major IT issue within the DMWA Single Point of Access, we have not received any referrals made from 5pm on Friday 20th March to 5:30pm on Wednesday 25th March.

If you made any referral during this time and have not received acknowledgement, unfortunately they would need to be resubmitted.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and we are working on some measures to help prevent this from happening in the future.

Unfortunately we are having a major IT issue within the DMWA Single Point of Access which has resulted in us not receiving any referrals made from 5pm on Friday 20th March. We are working hard on trying to resolve the issue but at this point we are not receiving anything submitted via the webform.

You can contact the Single Point of Access on 0300 304 5527 to make a telephone referral or use the contact form on our website to give us some basic details and we will call you back as soon as we can.

We are hoping to be able to retrieve all referrals once the problem is rectified but if we are unable to this would unfortunately mean any referrals submitted from 5pm on Friday 20th March would need to be resubmitted.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and we are working on some measures to help prevent this from happening in the future.

News from outside the Alliance:

The North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) is responsible for planning and paying for NHS services in your region. As demands on the NHS grow and change, they must make tough choices now to ensure they can meet people’s needs in the future - sustainably and safely. They are facing some tough financial challenges across the health and care system in our region. Without action, the shortage of money they have for services will grow by 3% every year.

As part of the considerations for the future, they would like to understand your perspectives and how any proposed changes might affect you and the people you support. They would like to hear your views as someone who may work in or be connected to some of the local community mental health or well-being services, for the purpose of this survey the ICB would like to hear your views on the Lived Experience Team.

The Lived Experience team would be grateful if you could take the time to complete the survey.

Amazing partnership work from St Margaret's Centre and Aspire Learning, Support and Wellbeing!

'Filled with hope, made with love!'

It’s been such a joy to finally partner with Aspire Learning, Support and Wellbeing , who recently sent some of their wonderful ladies to our workshop to build new planters for their award-winning yarden.

We absolutely loved seeing their smiling faces as they presented the handmade plaques to Aspire’s director, Colleen. A huge thank you to everyone involved for bringing such positivity, creativity, and community spirit to the sessions.

We even gained a fab new volunteer for our workshop team — and there’s more to come from this partnership in the future!
