The studio is based at Lucy’s beautifully renovated home (1763 small holding) overlooking fields and the colourful country garden. With 18 years experience in the creative & holistic healing field, Lucy offers colour and nature retreats, 1-2-1 consultations, and workshops, inspiring clients to live a more conscious lifestyle through working with colour and creativity on many levels. Creativity retreats, conscious Interior decor courses, Colour and wellbeing retreats (both face to face and online available-for all courses) and 1-2-1 coaching, guiding clients to realize their own creative potential, in their homes or at her studio-

A 14 day Journey to embodied safety

🌱EFT tapping for women ready to be seen.

Safe to Be Seen is a self-guided audio 14-day EFT tapping journey designed for sensitive, intuitive women who don’t feel fully safe being visible — in their bodies, their voices, work or their lives.

This journey may be especially supportive if...

🌱You hold space for others- a coach or therapist- you know you have gifts to offer the world, but being fully seen can feel vulnerable.

🌱You are a mother- you put everyone else first and wonder if it's fully safe to show up as yourself.

🌱You sense and feel deeply, you're intuitive, but hesitate to express your truth for fear of overwhelm and judgement.

Through short (10-15 minutes a day), gentle EFT audios, self awareness and reflective journaling prompts, you’ll be guided to build a felt sense of safety from the inside out.

Rather than pushing confidence or expression, this journey focuses on nervous-system regulation, embodied grounding, emotional safety, and self-trust — allowing visibility to unfold naturally, at your own pace.

✨Your children are not breaking down- they’re waking up✨

I’m not going to get deep on this one, but the anxiety, overwhelm and burnout young people feel today is because they’re expected to cope in a society that is too pressured and too fast.

They are not broken- society is!
And you and your children are being expected to function in a balanced & calm way to support them, when you are feeling it all too!

Children and teenagers are so unbelievably receptive to energy medicine. Curious and open…and it provides incredible results!

I empower you and your children to overcome these collective challenges and find ways to find calm in the chaos.

They will start to see the world and themselves in a new positive light- feeling empowered and enlightened…to show others the way.

EFT can and will go deep to address root issues in 1-1 session, but it’s also the most incredible and simple regulating tool for the nervous system- and this is how I use it with young people and parents in groups- keeping it safe and gentle.

The fastest way to calm the mind is to come into the body…this is why EFT is so powerful.

It brings you out of overthinking, where yourll quickly come into the breath and down into the body to discover that calm was actually there all along.

Working with young people and parents is an area so close to my heart- EFT does so much more than just getting me through….

Maybe it’s the guidance I needed when I felt caught in the middle- “too much” or didn’t “know enough” for spiritual spaces or too “woo” for neurodivergent spaces…& out of place anywhere else!

Not sure where I belonged, but I craved a sense of belonging.
Particularly whilst raising neurodivergent children.

Maybe it’s a space I needed when I did not understand the overwhelm of my internal world. Which I now know is rich with creativity, depth, insight and a knowing beyond the intellect mind.

🌱Maybe you feel ‘different’ like you ‘don’t fit in’….if you’re highly sensitive ADHD/Dyslexia/Autism or a mixture of everything (my house hold!)….
Finding ‘your people’ is absolute KEY!

🌱You might be on a path of discovery and exploration with neurodivergence & spirituality- which I still am (and will forever continue) & you’re curious about the way your mind works, and how it may have impacted your whole life and where you are now.

More and more I’m realising I have been bridging the worlds of neurodivergence and spirituality my whole life and naturally within my practice (light bulb moments over the last month!!) which helps me understand & accept myself, and in turn helps to support my children, generations below & above, find peace within relationships- which ripples out to the wider world 💗 It always starts with us!

I’m particularly passionate to help women and young people realise that are not ‘breaking down’
They are infact waking up!
Supporting and guiding the challenges people face around mental health-that are all too often misunderstood.

Waking up from systems & a society that are not in alignment with who they are born to be- their higher purpose!

Systems are breaking down, and more people are waking up- walking their truth!

We’re in an exciting era of change. Moving from fear into love. More acceptance, more understanding…but initially it will feel unsettling and turbulent- but on the other side is light.

I aim to be part of the solution and it’s my higher mission to support you…
I Help you release shame & self doubt, to believe in yourself and remember who you are, to live the life you’re meant to live.

A safe, open hearted, authentic space where sensitivity, intuition, and neurodivergence are not problems to fix, but gifts that deepen your spiritual path.
