Find your feet with us! 🌿

Moving house is a huge transition, especially when the nest is feeling a little quieter. It’s easy for the house to feel a little too quiet. If you’re looking to fill that space with fresh air, laughter, and a sense of community, we’d love to meet you!

Our Belper Nordic Walking groups aren’t just about the exercise (though working 90% of your muscles feels pretty great!). They’re about exploring our beautiful local countryside and finding a "community" of people who are in the same chapter of life. We chat about everything from the best local events to navigating perimenopause.

The Details:
📍 Meeting Point: Various scenic spots around Belper.
When: Regular Monday evenings and Thursday mornings
💷 Investment: £7.50 per hour for regular walks.
🌿 Ready to find your feet? Our next 4-hour intro courses are on Tuesday evenings (6-8pm on 16 & 23 June) or Thursday mornings (11-12 noon on 11, 18, 25 June & 2 July) are the perfect starting point! We provide the poles. Just wear your comfy shoes/boots with good grippy soles.

Sharing happy moments for the international day of happiness…

A celebration of 50 years of friendship with a lunchtime Aperol Spritz, the long awaited completion of a garden patio, creating an Easter flower basket and a family hug were some of the things that brought our Nordic Amblers joy this last week.
