After a 24-hour fast, I broke with simplicity and nourishment: avocado, boiled eggs, tuna, and a sip of chicken bone broth. 🥑🥚🐟🍵 it may not be presented well - but to be honest after 24 hours of water only, what it looked like was not important 😝

Fasting isn’t just about the body, it’s a reset for the mind too. Research shows it can support cellular repair, balance blood sugar, and sharpen mental clarity. It’s also a practice of discipline and presence, reminding us how little we truly need.

This meal is gentle yet powerful: healthy fats, clean protein, and minerals to replenish and ground the body. A perfect way to honor the fast and step back into nourishment.
