This is a perfect representation of shavasana at yogapeaches classes 🥰
We love a communal shavasana 😂 the children love to hold hands and relax together - sometimes children would rather be in their own space and connect to their breath and the choice is always theirs. A yoga practise is personal and even two year olds know how their body wants to move and what space they want to take up 🌎
We preach “Be the boss of your own body” 🧘🏻‍♀️
