What a fantastic retreat today with a beautiful group of ladies. Working on somatic movement, breath, grounding and contrast therapy for regulating the nervous system and a Sound bath to relax and end the day. Lovely nourishing lunch to keep satiated and hydrated. Plus the rain stayed away. Thanks to all who came and took care of themselves today.

Preparing for my retreat on Saturday afternoon at . I’m really looking forward to guiding the attendees through some nervous system regulation techniques before we sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy in the beautiful meadow setting. A sound bath will allow for integration and deep relaxation before we head home revived and nourished.
