During the Lionsgate portal of 2025, I received a quiet transmission that reshaped my understanding of channelling.
It didnβt arrive as a vision or external voice, but as a gentle inner knowing while I played my crystal bowls overlooking the valleys of Abergavenny. Everything felt profoundly still and quiet.
I remember I was rereading Tom Kenyonβs The Hathor Material, and as the Sun and Sirius aligned, something softly awakened within me.
The Frequency of Lightβ’ technique was being born.
Looking back, I can see I had been prepared for this moment for years through spontaneous energy activations and unexpected healing experiences that seemed to arrive out of nowhere, gradually expanding my system to hold a new frequency.
Only weeks earlier I had finalised my comprehensive sound healing training, yet I felt called to release it. I had to practice non-attachment in action to let go. In the gnosis that everything prior to this moment had been preparation.
In that moment I understood: channelling isnβt external to us. It is becoming still enough to hear what is already present. What has always been whispering deep within the heart.
From this, Frequency of Lightβ’ emerged as a fifth dimensional sound and energy healing technique, working with crystalline sound and the language of light to meet the consciousness of a new age now being born.
