Hi friends,

I had a busy weekend offering sound immersions and ceremony for the autumn equinox. I love this time of year — the leaves are starting to crisp and fall and there is a beautiful chill in the air. ✨🍁

Someone left a comment on my work the other day asking if my music is AI (🫠) .. so I want to ensure I’m super clear about my views and feelings here… 🔽

None of my music is produced, or will ever be produced, by AI. I am a self taught producer, song writer and a professionally trained vocalist, sound therapist (and yoga teacher!).

My music is all made by me, straight from the centre of my heart. What you listen to is all 100% ME and I am passionate about the power human art has to channel a pure transmission of source consciousness.

However I do sometimes use an AI generator to create the visuals for my pieces as I am not a strong visual artist. I realise this may be confusing so I’d like to first extend out a search to my community — are there any visual or digital artists here that might like to help create visuals that capture the essence of my work?

Happy Eclipse / New Moon in Virgo beautiful souls.

Going outside today it feels like something has shifted. Our vibration is quickly rising and although there is much darkness and polarity within the world, it feels like it’s becoming easier to see — remembering that any darkness we do see is a reflection of our collective and individual unconscious. It is our collective responsibility to illuminate, bring love to and alchemise this darkness within the light of awareness.

We come into this life crossing through a veil of forgetfulness — as a test to see if we can awaken from our slumber of identification with the ‘i’ (small fear based self/ego) and remember we are the great I AM (higher Self) in order to bring about global shifts in consciousness toward the higher vibrational realms of harmony and embodied love.

We are just God/dess experiencing itself through the perspective of our short life.

Eclipses are portal for transmuting karmic patterns and cycles as well as samskaras (negative patterns of thought or behaviour that keep us identified with our small self). We get triggered *hard* during eclipse seasons as a way of bringing these samskaras into the light of our awareness for love, acceptance and ultimately resolution.

Dearest friends,

I am pleased to share with you today my latest release - MAGDELENE ROSE 🌹

This collection of songs and transmissions was born from a journey into the mysteries of the Rose lineage — a path of remembrance and reclamation of the Divine Feminine.

These songs were seeded in the sacred Magdalene lands of the Pyrenees, where I visited the mountains on a pilgrimage in 2023.

The Rose has long been a symbol of beauty, devotion, and truth — but also of the courage it takes to embody them. Through Magdalene’s legacy, we are invited into deeper remembrance: of love as a living force, of Earth as a sacred being, and of the feminine voice rising again to restore balance in our world.

As Gaia’s dragon lines stir and reawaken, Magdalene’s voice returns with urgency and grace. Rose of Magdalene is my offering to this moment — a sonic prayer, a weaving of sound and spirit, a call to reclaim what was hidden and to walk forward in wholeness.

I am so grateful for every contribution on the crowdfunder so far, each generous offering is a petal in this unfolding Rose. Together, we can birth this offering as a hymn for balance, as a remembrance of the Divine Feminine, and as a gift to the time of planetary awakening we are all living through. 🐉✨

England is a land of migrants.

To possess English genetic ancestry is to be woven from many corners of the world.

Our ancestors came to these islands many eons ago, from the low lands of Mother Europe, the frozen Northern ice, the windswept steppes, and the warmer southern shores.

To be English is to be a tapestry – threads interlacing through time, binding difference into kinship and stewardship of these sacred lands.

In our very blood lies proof that movement, mingling, and mingling again are the roots of who we are.

So to love thy neighbour as thyself is to recognise the stranger in their face, and see your own reflection – a reminder that compassion is not an act of charity, but of ancestral memory and love, to mend the past and remember our truth as one people.

For in welcoming the other, we honour the truth of ourselves. 🌹🐉

I don’t claim to be perfect at this, but certainly strive to be moment by moment. ♥️

Eclipse season has caught the world’s attention, reminding us how fragile, how holy, this life is.

The shadow is no longer hidden—it is illuminated, revealed in full, asking us to see with new eyes. This is not punishment, but invitation: to face what we have denied, to hold what we once feared, to meet the darkness with tenderness.

Gaia is rising, her vibration pulsing through rivers, roots, the crystalline grid and the chambers of our own hearts. She calls us to remember: we are not separate from her, nor from one another. In this turning, we are given a sacred choice—will we cling to division, or surrender to love? Will we harden in fear, or soften into peace?

Now is the moment to choose to love thy neighbour as thyself, not as individuals alone, but as a collective soul. To remember that peace is not passive; it is a living frequency, born each time we forgive, each time we extend a hand, each time we dare to love in the face of all that says otherwise.

Cacao, the medicine of the heart, is our beloved ally and teacher. She warms us from within, melts our defenses, and reminds us how to open—to the neighbor, the stranger, the one we disagree with, even the shadow itself. Through her, we taste the truth: love is not fragile. Love is the strongest force we know.

As the eclipses move us through the collective shadow, may we choose to rise together, rooted in Gaia, guided by the heart, choosing again and again the only path that will carry us forward: the path of love.

Coming 19th September — for shadow season ✨

The September sky brings us into a potent threshold: the approaching full moon on September 7th and the opening of eclipse season. This is a time when the light itself clarifies and when the tides of change swell more strongly within and around us.

Full moons illuminate. They draw forward what is ready to be seen, felt, and released. With eclipse season beginning, this lunation carries an extra charge — a sense that the shifts we make now ripple further than we may realise. It is a time of revelation, closure, and initiation all at once.

Some questions that have been arising in me;

What is asking to be completed?
What cycles are ready to close so that new ones can emerge?

Eclipse portals remind us that letting go is a sacred act, and that surrender is often the doorway to renewal.

In this season, devotion is found in presence: tending to the small rituals that root us deeply, offering gratitude for what is passing, and opening gently to what is arriving.

Trust the rhythms of body and spirit; they are attuned to these cosmic tides. ✨♥️

Peace in the world is something that can be chosen, we are living in a timeline where we have the potential to expand into the fifth dimension of consciousness. Into the field of the heart — to welcome an era of harmony on Earth.

But all stories are interwoven, we must be willing to look within and resolve the inner conflict in order to resolve the outer conflict. We must be willing to look at where we hold prejudice, judgement, hatred and discrimination within ourselves in order to resolve and bring these stories to an end.

They are just stories, projections of the mind, a collective dream that we have all agreed to. What if we agreed to something much greater. We are powerful co-creative beings with the capacity to bring peace on earth within this lifetime.
