This weekend I had the honour of holding space as the sound practitioner at a truly beautiful retreat created by held

My heart feels incredibly full.

To witness so many women arrive as strangers and leave as friends - sharing stories, laughter, vulnerability and wisdom - was truly magical.

I feel deeply grateful for all the incredible teachers who shared their gifts so generously. I learned something from each of you.

There is something so powerful about women coming together in community - supporting, uplifting and reminding one another of who we truly are.

I am still gently integrating the beauty of it all.

Moving slowly and calmly through the first month of 2026, as we should all be following Mother Nature’s lead and wintering still. Looking forward to scheduling in more group soundbaths in the near future, but first I need to get my once in a lifetime trip to Peru out of the way 🌴🌱✨♥️💫

💚✨ I’m so happy to share some amazing news…

After completing my training, I’ve now been accepted as an IPHM Approved Practitioner. The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) is a recognised global body that accredits holistic therapists and sets clear standards for professional practice.

This accreditation now allows me to offer my sessions with an even greater level of trust, credibility and confidence — and I’m so excited to open my bookings to more of you who are ready to experience the power of sound healing.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with your wellbeing so far. Your presence inspires me to keep learning, refining and offering this work with as much sincerity and care as I can.

So this happened on the weekend 🎉After many many months of learning new instruments, practicing, writing up case studies and an essay (I last did one of those in 2001!!! 🤯) I graduated! 👩‍🎓 Not only did this course made me fall deeper in love with sound (especially the gongs) but I met the most incredible people along the way, who by the end of the final weekend felt like family thanks to our shared love of sound and healing. ♥️ I want to express the biggest thanks to Karen, Craig and Louis from & for making this experience so rich and rewarding. 🙏🏽💫♥️ I also ended up adding another beautiful gong to the family and am so excited to get playing 🎶 I cannot wait to see where this all takes me! ✨
