Tonight ive been treating 2 of Berwick juniors U12s.

Young athletes are prone to injuries due to their developing musculoskeletal systems. Sports massage helps identify potential issues, addresses tightness or imbalances, and supports injury prevention.

The main goal for a child’s sports massage treatment is to rehabilitate injury and then strengthen the body to avoid future problems.

Growing bodies experience a-lot of tightness limiting their flexibility. Sports massages help to improve the range of motion and flexibility that is essential for young athletes.

Just over one week left until i run the Great North Run half marathon(13.1 miles) im running for Berwick's Cancer Cars - The B&DCSG which is an amazing local charity! Ive been hit with a few injuries so its definitely not going to be easy and ill be hurting by the end😵‍💫.

If anyone could spare a few pounds and sponsor me it would be really appreciated, they help so many local people with travel during their treatments. Even the smallest donations add up to keep them going.
