Results or excuses?
The choice is yours to be honest, this is me doing 40mins cardio post night shift.
Am I tired -yes
Am I hungry - yes
Do I hate cardio - yes who doesnβt lol
However reducing body fat levels to the state required to get on a stage and show your physique in tiny trunks takes a certain mind set. Luckily I have it and the desire to compete one last time is burning bright after being ignited by my amazing girlfriend who has shown me I can accomplish anything I put my mind to.
