I know what it’s like to struggle with weight (former fat boy at 19.5 stone) and even the lack of ability to move, in fact I’m classified disabled due to a degenerative condition from birth which means I have both ankles fused. However, this has not stopped me from competitively playing rugby, boxing and cycling 100’s of miles around the UK.
I’m going to share with you the biggest secrets from the fitness and nutrition industry, starting with this “EAT LESS AND MOVE MORE”, it’s a simple as that… However, I’m going to show the correct things to eat and the fun ways to move to ensure that you stick to plan.
I also don’t want to give you false promises, there is no magic wand, pill or silver bullet. It’s all in your WHY, your MINDSET and HARD WORK. I can’t teach that, you’ve got to bring that to the table yourself.
