Worthy, Wealthy & Wild/RSD support for women Calm the nervous system, shift the narrative & build steady growth without overwhelm. Hi, I'm Hayley.

Join my free group The Wild Threads Collective-https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1GpfGa3ZHq/?mibextid=wwXIfr Identity Alchemist for rejection sensitive, neurospicy women who constantly ghost their own goals. I help you untangle your wild threads, the stories, memories, beliefs & fears, & help you reclaim your confidence, so that you can lead yourself, your business & your life with clarity, joy & self trust. I've lived this path, I understand what it's like to have a brain full of ideas, 100 canva folders of half done projects & a body that doesn't want to move forward. That's why I love supporting other women to build sustainable, consistent momentum that is true to them.

I could talk myself out of anything.

An idea.

A post.

A live I wanted to do.

My mind always had something ready.

"Wait until you feel more confident".

"Wait till you can say it better".

"What if it comes out all wrong?"

"You're not dressed right, You've not done your makeup/hair".

"You don't have time".

"You need to learn this or that first".

"Just do it tomorrow".

When I think about it, it all sounded so sensible.

That's what overthinking everything does.

It keeps you busy in your own head, meanwhile your life & business stay on pause.

The shift for me came from getting out of my head & into my own body.

Breath. Connection. Understanding. Calm.

Once your nervous system feels safe in your own presence, that's the time to introduce some strategic questioning, so your brain works with where you are now, rather than rehashing old thought patterns that once upon a time, did work for you.

That's when things begin to change.

Does your mind do this too? What's it currently talking you out of?

Overthinking is a nervous system response.

It's your system trying to keep you safe.

RSD adds charge to everything.

A post isn't just content. It's exposure.

A message isn't just a message. It's the possibility of being misunderstood.

A decision isn't just a decision. It's the fear of getting it wrong & feeling the pain & the shame when someone publicly points it out.

So your brain starts doing it's job:
Scanning.
Replaying.
Predicting the future.
Trying to prevent it before it happens.

That's why it feels so hard to move.

Freezing makes sense when your body expects rejection.

This is where my work begins.
With safety in your nervous system.

With breath.
With calm.
With coming back to your body.

Because when your system settles & your mind quietens, action stops feeling like a threat.

Where does overthinking hit you most, decisions, posting, messaging, or something else?

Imagine waking up & your mind feels quieter.

Just for a second, you notice it.

The space, where there was once a million things clamouring for attention.

The anxiety about the day isn't there waiting for you.

The heaviness that once sat in your chest, gone.

No mental sprint through of conversations from the past or the ones to be had in the future.

You feel lighter.

Your breath feels easier.

You feel more present.

More refreshed.

More able to meet the day without everything feeling like effort.

This is what calm feels like.

This is what safety feels like.

You can hear yourself again.

You know who you are again.

That's what my works about.

Helping midlife women in business, especially those living with rejection sensitivity, to come back to steadiness in their bodies & clarity in their minds...
So that action stops feeling impossible & starts feeling possible.

If you want to talk, I offer a free. informal chat to explore what's going on for you & to see if we're a good fit to work together.

Message READY, lets get you moving.

Rejection sensitivity has run my life for as long as I can remember.

But I didn't call it that.
I just called it being careful.

Careful shaped what I did & what I didn't do.

What I said & didn't say.

What I expressed & what I held in.

What I felt & what I avoided feeling.

But careful didn't control the torrent of thoughts that ran through my head day in, day out.

On the outside careful might've looked sensible & safe.

But inside, constant stress & overwhelm raged a silent war.

I wasn't careful because | lacked courage.

It was due to having a nervous system trained by unpredictability.

So while careful focused on predictable outcomes- other peoples wellbeing & happiness.

I was paying the price in time.
Voice.
Forward motion
& Identity.

Some goals were never yours to begin with.
You inherited them.
Performed them.
Tried to force yourself into shapes that never fit.

But you’re not here to obey a blueprint someone else designed.
You’re here to remember your own.

The Vision Thread is waiting.
We begin inside.

I've started over more times than I can count.

Sometimes cos I thought I wasn't good enough.
Sometimes cos I got bored & thought something new would solve that.
Sometimes I just knew out right that that path was not for me.

If I'd listened to my intuition instead of my inner critic, I might've got here sooner.
If I'd known my brain worked in it's own way, maybe I would've stopped blaming myself so much.

But every shift, every restart taught me something I maybe wouldn't have learnt if I'd not made those changes.

So if you feel like you're at that point, again, where you feel like you're starting from scratch, take the time to pause, before you throw it all away.

Ask yourself,
Do I want to start again out of fear or out of truth?

If it's fear, breathe, rest, move through it.
If it's truth, trust it, even though it's scary.

Either way, remember you aren't right back at the beginning, it's the beginning of a new chapter with everything you just learned.

So many times I've sat down, with well meaning intentions of making my way through my ever growing to-do list.

I say ever growing because sometimes instead of working through the list, I procrastinate, I over think, then I remember more stuff I have to do, so I add it to the list, procrastinate some more, think some more & before you know it, the days done & so am I, AND, I now have a list with 18 extra things added to the 103 things with 0 completed.

Do you ever have days like this?

I used to feel like I needed to wait until I felt more healed. More ready.
More certain about my message & my niche.

But the fact of the matter is that that moment is never going to come. There's always another layer, something else to fix, another part that's 'not quite there yet'.

You don't have to have the perfect niche, the 10k months, or the fully healed version of yourself to lead.
You just need you & a willingness to be messy.

That's enough. You're enough. Your voice matters, even in the chaos.
